Anya Reames
FounderAnya founded Storms to Success, an organization supporting youth in the juvenile detention system in developing the skillsets needed for long-term success. In Peru, she also founded a women’s network connecting expats with local businesses, creating meaningful cross-cultural relationships.
A collegiate debater recognized beyond her institution, she was recruited to compete at the intercollegiate level and later represented her academic community in Washington, D.C.
She holds a degree from the University of California, Davis, and brings a global, strategic perspective shaped by both structured training and real-world execution.
Erika Reames

She holds a Master’s degree from Yale in Epidemiology of Microbial Diseases, with a concentration in Maternal & Child Health, bringing a structured, evidence-based approach to both health optimization and client management.

Leads the technology and AI editorial for The Quiet Edge, translating complex systems into clear, applicable insights for members.
Part of the network, he works directly with members to identify operational and strategic inefficiencies and design tailored AI solutions.
With a background in AI systems and product development, he builds and implements intelligent tools that streamline workflows, enhance decision-making, and create leverage at scale.
Fluent in Russian, French, and English, he operates across global contexts with both technical depth and a product-oriented mindset.
